Our Hinged Cover Wireway is a NEMA-compliant, heavy-duty steel cable containment solution designed for organized, protected, and accessible electrical wiring routing. Manufactured from high-quality pre-galvanized or powder-coated steel, this lay-in wireway features a practical one-piece hinged cover structure, allowing quick opening and closing without fully removing screws or covers. Engineered strictly in accordance with UL and NEMA VE1 standards, it delivers stable mechanical strength, excellent dustproof performance, and long-term anti-corrosion ability for indoor electrical distribution and industrial wiring systems.

The hinged lay-in design is the core advantage of our wireway system. Different from traditional screw-fixed wire ducts, the integrated hinge structure enables easy cable laying, inspection, maintenance, and wiring modification. The cover can be opened smoothly for full access to the internal channel, greatly improving on-site working efficiency and reducing installation and maintenance labor costs. Side walls are pre-punched with standard knockouts (available with or without knockouts upon request) for flexible branch wiring and easy connection with electrical enclosures, conduits, and other cable accessories. • Powder coated steel wireway adopts professional hinged connection design. Its protective cover is connected to the tray main body via integrally formed side hinges, achieving tight sealed closure, easy flip opening, dustproof wiring protection and convenient cable overhaul.

• Standard reserved mounting holes are processed on the back panel of wireway body. Compatible with universal installation accessories, it supports diversified installation methods, firm fixation and orderly laying of power, communication and control cables.

• Top and bottom sides of the wireway body support customized knockout configuration. Clients can select wireway with reserved knockouts for branch wiring, or non-knockout solid wireway for fully enclosed sealed cable protection.

• All matched wireway accessories and connection fittings have no knockouts by default. Wireway end pieces are available in knockout-equipped and non-knockout versions, realizing standardized splicing and modified wiring layout as required.

• The whole wireway body and hinged cover are stamped from high-standard code gauge steel. After professional degreasing treatment, electrostatic powder coated finish is applied on surface, featuring scratch resistance, acid-base corrosion resistance, aesthetic uniform color and upgraded dustproof performance for industrial and architectural decorative wiring sites.

1.Q: What RAL colors are available for powder coated wireway?

    A:  Any color, RAL colors support customized production.

2. Q: Will powder coating peel off after long time outdoor use?

     A: Not easily. Our epoxy powder tightly adheres to steel base, but we do not recommend long-term seaside outdoor usage.

3. Q: Can we customize custom color for bulk orders?

     A: Custom RAL colors are acceptable for bulk orders with reasonable MOQ.
