• Winwin shallow heavy-duty drainage channels are integrally moulded with low-profile high-density modified polymer concrete. Formulated with premium polyester resin binder and graded hard mineral aggregates, this low-depth channel features high compressive strength and rigid integrated structure despite its shallow groove design. The polymer concrete material is non-flammable, frost-resistant, all-weather durable, and resistant to diluted acids, alkalis, industrial oil stains, sewage and common site corrosives, outperforming traditional concrete for shallow buried heavy-load drainage works.


• Fully compliant with EN1433 European load standard, this low-profile shallow drainage system supports full heavy load grades ranging from B125 to F900. Built with reinforced L-shape protective edges to avoid edge breakage under rolling pressure, it is specially optimized for limited burial depth sites where standard deep drainage channels cannot be installed.


• Tailored for shallow paving, limited underground space and heavy traffic sites, it is perfectly suited for roadside overlay reconstruction, parking lot renovation, warehouse surface drainage, forklift aisles, port peripheral roads, highway surface drainage and areas with shallow underground pipeline constraints.


• Matched with lockable heavy-duty ductile cast iron gratings and reinforced framed edges, this shallow channel ensures stable bearing, anti-shift and noise reduction under frequent vehicle rolling. It features easy shallow burial installation, fast water surface diversion, low excavation cost and long maintenance-free service life for all heavy-load shallow drainage infrastructure projects.
