Pre-galvanized wireway adopts electro-galvanizing process before sheet metal forming. Thin uniform zinc layer, cost-effective, suitable for dry indoor office, mall and indoor power distribution projects. Not recommended for coastal, humid or chemical corrosive environments.

• Designed with integrated hinged structure, this steel wireway is fitted with a full-size protective cover. The cover is linked to the tray body by one-side cold-formed hinges, enabling effortless flip opening, sealed closing and tool-free cable access for daily wiring check.

• Reserved precision mounting holes are distributed evenly on the rear side of wireway body. It fits universal installation brackets and wall fixing parts, simplifying onsite mounting work, shortening construction period and keeping neat wiring arrangement.

• The wireway body provides dual structural options: pre-stamped knockouts or solid plain sides on top and bottom surfaces. Flexible knockout design allows directional cable outlet, suitable for classified wiring and multi-branch electrical layout.

• All matched connecting, elbow and tee wireway fittings are manufactured without knockouts. Meanwhile, wireway termination ends are optional with or without knockouts, ensuring unified assembly and seamless connection between wireway sections.

• Constructed with premium code gauge structural steel, the wireway body and hinged cover own rigid load-bearing strength and anti-deformation performance. With pre-galvanized surface finish, it boasts excellent oxidation resistance and cost advantages for indoor commercial electrical projects.
