Fujian Winwin Group introduces a complete range of one-piece formed trough (solid bottom) cable tray fittings, engineered to change direction, reduce width and create branches within a solid bottom cable tray system. Each fitting is pressed from a single sheet — no welded seams, no weak joints — delivering higher structural strength and a fully continuous protective coating. Ideal for industrial plants, data centers, power stations and municipal infrastructure projects.

The range covers every routing need: left reducers, right reducers, center reducers, horizontal tees, horizontal crosses, 90° horizontal bends, inside risers and outside risers. All fittings are manufactured to match the exact width, height and radius of your straight trough tray sections, and are available in Q235B mild steel, SS304 and SS316, with pre-galvanized, hot-dip galvanized, powder coated or ZAM finishes.

The one-piece construction eliminates weld points — the most common starting point of corrosion — while smooth, burr-free edges protect cable jackets during installation and maintenance. The series is designed and tested in accordance with IEC 61537 and NEMA VE 1, with CE-compliant manufacturing. Materials & Surface Finishes

Every fitting is produced from the same coil and finished on the same line as the matching tray section, so color, coating thickness and hole spacing stay consistent across the whole system. Powder coating is available in any RAL color, and hot-dip galvanizing is applied to ISO 1461 for outdoor, coastal and industrial environments.
