It provides full‑spectrum corrosion resistance against acid, alkali and salt. Tongue‑and‑groove interlocking joints combined with connection‑plate joining enable simple, bolt‑free on‑site assembly.
It offers excellent heat resistance, low thermal expansion coefficient and superior B1‑grade flame‑retardant performance with low‑smoke and low‑halogen properties. The material is non‑conductive with zero metal‑based additives, so earthing is not required. It is also non‑toxic and odour‑free, with outstanding ageing resistance and an extended service life.

The polymer cable tray is an innovative non‑metallic cable tray featuring excellent acid, alkali and salt resistance, delivering comprehensive anti‑corrosion performance.
Manufactured via hot/cold compounding and extrusion molding using PVC resin, ABS, calcium carbonate whiskers (short‑cut fibres) and other formulated raw materials. This cable tray adopts a double‑wall structure with hollow reinforcing ribs at its core, which significantly enhances load‑bearing capacity while lowering overall product weight.
The assembly consists of side panels, longitudinal base sections and matching cover plates. Side rails interlock with the bottom panel through tongue‑and‑groove / male‑female joints, delivering robust structural integrity with a neat finished appearance.
Tray‑to‑tray connections are completed with dedicated connection plates, enabling quick, tidy installation on‑site.
