Optic Fiber Cable Duct (Indoor Fiber Raceway / Fiber Tray Duct)
Optic Fiber Cable Duct, also known as fiber raceway or fiber tray duct, is a fully enclosed dedicated plastic channel specially designed to protect fragile indoor fiber optic cables, separate from open metal cable trays only for general power & data cables.

Our fiber duct series is exclusively manufactured with flame-retardant PVC and ABS composite materials: straight main bodies & covers adopt rigid PVC for stable structure; all matching fittings including elbows, tees, cross joints and movable fiber outlets use high-toughness ABS to resist impact and cracking during installation. PC/ABS blended version is also available for enhanced low-smoke zero-halogen fire performance.
The fiber tray duct interior features full rounded arc design, strictly controlling minimum bend radius above 40mm to avoid fiber kinking and signal attenuation. Detachable top cover allows quick cable laying, inspection and future fiber expansion without dismounting the whole channel. All raw materials reach UL94 FV-0 flame retardant grade, effectively stopping flame spread in server rooms, IDC data centers and telecom equipment rooms.
Lightweight, anti-corrosion and non-conductive, PVC & ABS fiber ducts eliminate electromagnetic interference to optical signals. Standard widths cover 60x60mm and 120mm, 150mm,240mm, 300mm, 360mm,600mm with uniform 100mm height; custom sizes and customized yellow/orange industrial colors are supported.
This fiber raceway complies with RoHS and CE standards, widely adopted in data center backbone fiber layout, 5G indoor machine rooms, commercial building communication wiring and computer room renovation projects. Winwin Group provides complete matching accessories to deliver one-stop indoor fiber cable management solutions for global electrical contractors and data center builders.
