Load Class: A15, B125 (Load capacity depends on channel inner width)

2. Stamped Steel Covers

Load Class: A15 only

Features: Slim structure, neat appearance, economical price, mainly applied for pedestrian-only areas and landscape auxiliary drainage places.

3. Steel Grating Covers

Available Load Class: A15, B125, C250

Professional Selection Notice: We do not recommend steel grating covers under two conditions. First, channel inner width ≥150mm; second, projects require load class above B125. Steel grating has high raw material and processing cost, which will greatly increase overall project budget without extra performance advantages for plastic channel systems.

4. Stainless Steel Slotted Covers

Available Load Class: A15, B125, C250, D400

Professional Selection Notice for Plastic slot drain: Stainless steel material owns premium anti-rust performance and elegant surface, yet the production cost for D400 heavy-duty stainless steel covers is extremely high. For budget control, we suggest choosing ductile iron covers to replace D400 stainless steel slotted covers for heavy traffic projects.

5. Ductile Cast Iron Covers

Available Load Class: B125, C250, D400

Features: High pressure resistance, anti-deformation, long service life, cost-efficient for medium and heavy traffic scenarios. Ideal for community driveways, commercial parking lots, urban roadside zones and urban loading areas, the most reliable heavy-load matching option for PP/HDPE drainage channels.
