All PP Trench Channels and PP Trench Cover are manufactured through precision mold injection technology. Using high-quality HDPE and PP raw materials with anti-corrosion and anti-aging additives, the products are melted, injected, and integrally formed under a standardized production process. The entire production process realizes automated feeding, constant-temperature injection, robotic demolding, and automatic conveying, effectively avoiding manual errors and ensuring consistent product size, structure, and surface quality.

Thanks to advanced automated production, our plastic drainage channels feature smooth inner walls, fast drainage performance, excellent chemical resistance, and long service life up to 30 years. Stable mass production greatly shortens delivery cycles and guarantees reliable quality for municipal roads, landscape projects, residential communities, and sponge city construction.
